Most clients shoot once a month. One session gives us enough material for 5 long videos and 12 Shorts, which we edit and hand back ready to post. That's enough to stay consistent without taking time out of your week.

Not comfortable on camera?
Most people aren't at first. We work from a script or bullet points, record in short takes, and cut the pauses and restarts in the edit. By the second session it gets easier.
If you'd rather talk with a guest, a podcast may suit you better. If you're not sure what to talk about, start with content strategy.

Do you write the script?
Yes. We plan the topics and write a script or bullet points in your voice. You approve them before the shoot.
I'm nervous on camera. Will that show?
We record in short takes and remove pauses and restarts in the edit. Most people are comfortable by their second session.
